DMCA Policy

How To Make Ginger Tea respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the How To Make Ginger Tea service or website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the How To Make Ginger Tea website, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the How To Make Ginger Tea website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which How To Make Ginger Tea may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
